Job summary

Groupe Dynamite seeks an Assistant Manager for its GARAGE/DYNAMITE store in Mississauga. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities include inventory management, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment, while upholding brand standards and merchandising guidelines. A passion for fashion and strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office

• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and lead a high-performing team to drive sales and customer experience.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, store replenishment and eCom order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards and directives in the store.
