GARAGE, a brand under Groupe Dynamite, is seeking a Store Manager in Canada. You will lead a high performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth across the store operations. You’ll recruit, train and coach staff while maintaining store standards and profitability.

We value leadership, adaptability and a passion for fashion. The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing environment, or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
