Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations, lead a high-performing team on the sales floor and through digital channels, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer while upholding brand standards.

You will help optimize inventory, manage shipments, replenish stock, and contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction while collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Has passion for fashion and is customer-oriented.
• Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and provide leadership to optimize sales results.
• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and store traffic.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, stock replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
