GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite Inc., is seeking a Team Lead for our Canadian stores. You will drive a positive shopping experience, lead daily operations, manage inventory, and help grow sales while upholding brand presentation.

You will mentor staff, coordinate shipments, replenish floors, and contribute to eCommerce fulfillment. The role requires customer focus, leadership, and a passion for fashion in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• 1 year as a team lead in retail preferred.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with relationship-building ability.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Organized, proactive team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media skills, mobile devices familiarity, and computer literacy are assets.
