Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.

• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.

• Strong ethics, values, integrity and trust.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team delivers an excellent customer experience through coaching and motivating the team while driving sales.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.
• Train and grow a team focused on delivering outrageous experiences to the community.
• Generate business results and achieve key KPIs.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual and operational expectations.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
