Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Canada is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are retail and customer-savvy brand ambassadors who empower teams to deliver feel-good moments daily.

As a Key Holder, you will lead operations, coach associates, and drive exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and relation-building with customers.

• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks as delegated by the store manager, including acting as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement in the store while upholding policies.
