Amazing Prices in St. Paul, AB is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor who is self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to join our team. The role involves supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will manage merchandise ordering, inventories, customer service, reporting on sales and staff performance, and coordinating schedules. The position is a term/contract or full-time role with shift schedules to be determined.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English.
• College, CEGEP or 1–2 year college diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff, 7 months to 1 year in related area.
• Able to supervise 1–4 staff and coordinate tasks.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.).
• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train or arrange for staff training.

• Fashion designers design and create clothing and accessories for men, women, and children.
• The candidate must order merchandise.

• The candidate will be responsible for selling merchandise.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be capable of supervising 1 to 2 people and 3 to 4 people.
