Job summary

Liquor Hut Lloyd is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead daily retail operations at our Alberta location. You will organize staff schedules, allocate tasks, manage merchandise, and ensure smooth checkout and cash handling while maintaining high customer service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

TASKS

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
