Job summary

Ashby Kitchen and Food Fair is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee daily store activities and supervise staff at our Canada location. The role involves planning, organizing, and evaluating daily operations, ensuring smooth service and stock management.

You will recruit and supervise staff, implement pricing and marketing strategies, and monitor budgets in a fast-paced retail setting. On-site work with a dynamic team and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate is required.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
