Job summary

Kibbi in Manitoba is hiring a Frontline Supervisor to oversee daily operations and guide staff across shifts. You will supervise apprentices, coordinate duties, and ensure smooth customer service and merchandising outcomes.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll oversight, training arrangements, and resolving customer or supply issues while maintaining accurate inventory and cash handling. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Secondary education required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years experience preferred.
