Job summary

Esso in Chilliwack, BC is seeking a capable Retail Supervisor to oversee our gas bar team on site. You will supervise 3-4 staff, assign duties, order merchandise, manage cash, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will handle scheduling, inventory, customer requests and complaints, and prepare sales and personnel reports. English language required; secondary school diploma; 1–2 years of experience in retail or gas bar. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
