Circle K seeks a site supervisor to oversee sales, inventory and customer service at a Canadian location. You will assign tasks, schedule shifts and ensure smooth operations.

You will hire or arrange training for team members, handle customer requests and complaints, and prepare sales and staff reports for management. On-site work only. Experience in retail or related environments is a plus; strong leadership is essential.

Qualificações

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
• On-site work only.

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange training of staff
• Teach interest or professional development courses
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
