You will lead training, execute loss prevention plans, and contribute to growth opportunities while supporting management in achieving targets and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash, service, and loss prevention).
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role model a positive environment.
• Communicate action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; improve layout and efficiency.
