Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in store operations, merchandising, loss prevention, and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and model best practices for a positive workplace.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
