Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and mentor Associates; provide training and development to create a positive experience for both staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and coordinate loss prevention and operational programs to improve store layout and efficiency.
