Responsibilities

• Participate in an on-the-job training program across store functions to support sales goals and operations.
• Oversee merchandising, presentation, frontline, and store operations while coaching teams.
• Support implementation of store action plans and manage recruiting and development of Coordinators and Associates.
• Assist in achieving targets, managing expenses, and delivering customer service excellence.
