Eastlink is opening a new retail store in Carbonear and seeks a dynamic Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales objectives, recruit and onboard staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will mentor colleagues, manage performance, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the store. You will partner with Eastlink’s brand initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of service and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Proven ability to drive sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store management including recruiting and performance management.
• Lead sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent the Eastlink brand through the store launch and daily operations.
