Foot Locker in Regina leads the sneaker culture with a dynamic Assistant Manager role. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a diverse team, and ensure a premier customer experience on the sales floor.

You will oversee daily store operations, maintain floor coverage, and uphold safety and standards while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Grow your career with a global brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, leadership preferred.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions for every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Keep the store organized, customer-ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Take an owner/operator mindset and maintain store standards and execution.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience and operations.
