What You'll Do

In this role, you'll contribute to various facets of the store, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with presentation standards.
• Contributing to sales and trend influence through inspiring displays and dynamic feature changes that promote the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you'll have:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant retail or service industry experience (preferred)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate needs, and strong technical knowledge of register operations
• The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
