Mind Games USA in Belleville, ON is seeking a Store Assistant Manager/Keyholder to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage daily operations, control expenses, and help create a welcoming, profitable shop that showcases games and puzzles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in a specialty retail environment.

• Expertise in shrink reduction, expense control, merchandising strategies, brand differentiation, and partnerships.
