Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a small business setting.
• Able to communicate effectively in person, on phone, and by e‑mail.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Self-initiated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong ability to follow directions and complete tasks on time.
• Proficient with computer basics and math (e.g. Excel, e‑mail).
• Product knowledge in badminton and tennis or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online to complete sales.
• Maintain the sales floor, manage deliveries, and update price tags.
• Coordinate racket stringing with technicians and manage orders with vendors.
• Pick, pack, ship, update, and follow up on online orders.
• Support store renovations, system upgrades, and other assigned tasks.
