Job summary

size? Canada is hiring a Back of House Coordinator at our Vancouver flagship. You will support Front of House in fulfilling in-store requests and lead stockroom operations to keep labeling, placement and cleanliness top-notch.

You will manage end-to-end daily e-commerce orders, communicate with customer service and stores, and use our inventory system to reduce shrinkage. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience.
• Experience with stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Front of House in fulfilling in-store customer requests.
• Lead day-to-day stockroom operations including labeling and placement.
• Receive, handle, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Process, pick, pack and ship daily e-commerce orders.
• Communicate daily with customer service and stores via Slack and email.
• Reduce shrinkage by investigating discrepancies.
• Use inventory system daily.
