TJX Canada is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to join our Richmond, BC team. In this role you’ll lead front-line operations, support visual merchandising, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll train Associates, promote collaboration, and uphold store policies while delivering service excellence. This position offers opportunities for growth within TJX's dynamic off-price retail network.

What You’ll Do:

• Communication and Time Management – Strong communication and time management skills for clear information sharing and effective prioritization.
