Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for our QUE-ST. ROMUALD, QC location. You will lead a high-performing selling culture, drive strong sales, and deliver an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

You will coach teams to achieve KPIs, ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed, and manage daily operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment, including BOPIS and delivery services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience guiding front-end and service operations.
• Familiarity with POS and Self-Checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and service behaviors to drive KPI targets.
• Oversee front-end and service operations and store standards.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure proper execution of BOPIS and Same Day Delivery where applicable in-store.
• Promote loyalty programs and protect assets to reduce shrink.
