Description
- Customer Service Orientation: Serving customers efficiently and courteously both on the phone and in person, upselling and cross-selling corporate products and services, handling complaints and inquiries, solving problems related to shipments and technology, and collaborating with various partners to ensure excellent customer service.
- Relationship Building: Developing positive relationships with internal teams, customers, and key contacts such as vendors and tenants.
- Technology Assistance: Helping customers with shipping details and account issues, and managing freight through loading, scanning, logging, and calling resolution.
- Communication: Maintaining clear and positive communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Communicating positively with all partners both orally and in writing, listening to customers and key partners, and ensuring effective communication.
- Personal Responsibility and Accountability: Adhering to all corporate policies, safety standards, and attendance requirements, and embodying Purolator values.
- Representing Purolator professionally and performing other duties as assigned.
- Key Focus Areas: Customer service, problem-solving, relationship building, technology proficiency, personal accountability, and safety compliance.
- Qualifications: 3-12 months of customer service, retail, and POS system experience preferred; ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for intervals; excellent communication skills; team and independent work experience; familiarity with safety standards is a plus.
