• Hours of work: 27.5 hours per week
• Wage: $25.59 per hour

Description

• Customer Service Orientation: Serving our customers efficiently and courteously both on the telephone and in person; up-selling and cross-selling corporate products and services; handling customer complaints and inquiries; problem solving; working to resolve problem shipments and equipment/technology challenges; collaborating with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers, and other partners to ensure excellence in customer service; building positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts; assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges; loading, scanning, logging, and resolving freight issues; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate positively with all stakeholders both orally and in writing; listen to customers and partners; adhere to all policies, procedures, safety standards, and company values; demonstrate punctuality and attendance; take personal responsibility and accountability; represent Purolator professionally; focus on customer service, problem-solving, relationship building, and technology use; meet physical requirements such as lifting 70 lbs. and standing for periods; possess strong communication skills; demonstrate a proven record of responsibility and teamwork; experience in customer service, retail, and POS systems preferred.
