Job description

Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store.
3. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control.
4. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.

Physical Demands:

In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
