• Assists with performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff with FSM.
• Ensure exceptional customer service beyond expectation.
• Ensure employees present proper image per Uniform Policy.
• Maintain loss prevention procedures and compliance.
• Oversee parcel checks and related procedures.
