Responsibilities

• Leads by example and ensures that Post Office staff demonstrate our CORE Values.
• Interviews and recommends final candidates for hiring.
• Ensures Post Office cashiers complies with all Store Standards.
• Trains employees in job functions and provides on-going coaching and instructions.
• Assists with completing performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff in conjunction with the FSM.
• Responsible for organizing and delivering full service retail postal services to customers, maximizing department revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and proper staff appearance per policy.
• Maintains loss prevention procedures and parcel checks.
