Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Operations Consultant in Kingston to support stockroom organization, product updates and customer service. You will work with the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient stock handling and store presentation.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or client service, solid computer and arithmetic skills, and the ability to multitask with excellent time management and communication abilities. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service experience, preferably in stockroom
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and business
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store hours
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier zone
• Support merchandising concepts and loss-prevention programs
• Handle stock receipt, stockroom organization and transfers
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers
• Adhere to sampling policies and participate in inventory control
• Cross-train designated consultants in cashier functions
