Job summary

Sephora Canada in Edmonton is seeking an Operations Consultant to support stockroom organization and merchandise updates. You will partner with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stock integrity and assist in training cashiers on POS/MPOS.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong computer and arithmetic skills, and the ability to multi-task while delivering excellent client service. Flexible schedule and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a stockroom.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and the business needs.
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
• Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone.
• Process shipments and organize stockroom per company standards.
• Process transfers, damages and testers per company standards.
• Report inventory issues to supervisors and assist with stock counts.
