Job summary

Sephora Canada in West Vancouver is seeking an Operations Consultant to support stockroom organization and merchandise updates, working in partnership with the Operations Supervisor. You will help maintain store presentation, assist in training staff on POS/MPOS, and participate in inventory control.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong organizational skills, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service experience.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and the business.
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• A High School graduate or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on POS/MPOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
• Support Sephora merchandising concepts and reduce shortages.
• Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards.
• Process transfers, damages and testers per company standards.
