Groupe Dynamite is hiring an Operations Associate in Rosemère, Canada. You will support stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and inventory processes to boost sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months of experience in stockroom or inventory in retail preferred.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Support sales floor operations and eCom order fulfillment to ensure timely customer service.
