Groupe Dynamite in Oshawa is seeking an Operations Associate to support the store team. You will help maximize sales by maintaining stockroom organization, processing shipments, replenishing the floor, fulfilling eCommerce orders, applying markdowns, and ensuring merchandising reflects the brand’s standards.

This role emphasizes inventory control, proactive teamwork, and a customer‑centred approach to keep shopping experiences effortless and polished for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months stockroom/inventory experience in retail preferred.
• Customer-oriented with fashion interest.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Social media, mobile devices and computer skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
