Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE brand is seeking an Operations Associate in Ottawa. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments and keep the sales floor full and fresh.

You’ll support E-comm orders and markdowns to ensure a seamless in-store and online experience for customers. A high school diploma and 6+ months in stockroom or back-of-house retail, with a detail-oriented, proactive mindset, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6+ months stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (fashion-related a bonus).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
