Job summary

Dynamite is hiring an Operations Associate to support store teams in CrossIron, Alberta. You will help maximize sales by keeping stock organized, processing shipments, replenishing the floor, and fulfilling eCom orders while maintaining merchandising standards.

You will contribute to inventory optimization and customer satisfaction, upholding brand visuals and the store experience. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as stockroom associate or inventory management, preferably retail.
• Fashion passion and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and proactive team involvement.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices and Computer skills are assets.
• Available for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store team to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and inventory processing.
• Manage shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, eCom order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Contribute to optimize inventory management and increase customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.
• Participate in day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth guest experiences.
