Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate in Ottawa to keep the stockroom organized and inventory flowing. You will process shipments and ensure the sales floor is stocked and inviting, supporting both in-store and E-comm orders to deliver a smooth customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with store teams, handle logistics with care, and contribute to a fast-paced, energetic environment that values detail and ownership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments and ensure the floor stays full and fresh.
• Support E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless customer experience.
• Be the backbone of operations to ensure the store runs smoothly.
