Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Operations Associate to support store teams in maximizing sales and profits. You will maintain stockroom organization, manage inventory through shipments, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment, and contribute to merchandising to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will play a key role in daily store operations, driving inventory optimization, sales growth, and brand presentation while providing friendly, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months of stockroom/inventory experience in retail preferred.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong organization and attention to detail required.
• Customer-first mindset and proactive team player desired.
• Social media skills and basic tech competency are an asset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Process shipments, replenish sales floor, and fulfill eCom orders.
• Support markdowns and merchandising to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
• Contribute to inventory optimization and positive customer satisfaction.
• Align with brand standards and visual presentation across the store.
