Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. invites a Winter 2027 Retail Operations Co-op to join the D2C Operations & Communications team in Toronto.

This placement offers exposure to retail performance, cross-functional projects, and process improvements within a leading CPG company. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will assist in planning, sourcing supplies, and supporting store service contracts, with 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid setting (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) through January 2027 to

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with teams across the organization.
• Prepare reports and presentations for retail projects.
• Support store maintenance requests and events planning.
• Assist with planning and sourcing of store incentives and partnerships.
• Process invoices and non-financial reporting for stores.
• Support conference planning and stakeholder coordination.
