Job summary

Lindt Canada in Toronto is seeking a Retail Operations Co-op for January 2027 through April 2027. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) for 37.5 hours per week and offers a compensation of approximately $43,000–$45,000 annually.

You will support cross-functional retail initiatives, store operations, planning, and reporting, while collaborating with teams across the organization. The position requires a student pursuing a related diploma/degree and strong Office skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in retail environment is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Work within the Lindt Canada Retail Operations team
• Lead and coordinate cross functional projects, partnering with teams across the organization to drive initiatives such as launching new tools, developing procedures, supporting process improvements, and sourcing sustainable supplies
• Revise and align internal operational processes and policies
• Support store maintenance related requests, as required
• Support with conference planning, meeting & event management
• Assist with planning and sourcing of store incentives
• Prepare reports and presentations for various retail projects
• Work with internal and external partners to source supplies, set up store service contracts, etc.
• Support with stores invoice processing and non-financial reporting
• Other duties, as required
