Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Canada in Mississauga invites a Supply Chain Engineering Co‑op for Winter & Summer 2027. You will support engineering projects in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities include CAD design in SolidWorks, tooling dies for packaging, 3D printing fabrication, time studies, and updating maintenance SOPs while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Engineering degree with manufacturing/industrial focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CAD software and drafting is an asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in supply chain and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement and commissioning of new capital equipment.
• Design components and tooling dies for packaging equipment.
• Fabricate components via 3D printing or vendors.
• Perform time studies to support improvements.
• Update preventative maintenance documents and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on process improvements.
