Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a Co-op in Toronto to join our Supply Chain team for Winter 2027. Compensation is $43K-$45K for 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

This role offers valuable exposure to a fast-paced CPG environment and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include supporting the Canada supply chain team, analyzing large data sets, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous industry knowledge is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. supply chain team in a fast-paced CPG environment.
• Working with large data sets to make recommendations to the wider supply chain team.
• Working with supply chain team, and cross functional partners on process improvements
• Collaborate with other parts of the business on implementing new ideas, and improving our ways of working

Soft Skills/Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be able to communicate and articulate ideas with ease Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong drive and self-starter
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies an asset
