Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Operations Associate for our Vancouver outlet. You will focus on inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, and store logistics to elevate the client experience.

The role partners with store management and the sales team to maintain operational standards and efficient stockflow. The ideal candidate has at least one year of retail BOH experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year retail back-of-house experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with store and corporate partners.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales floor stock to ensure merchandise aligns with current visual merchandising sets.
• Communicate stock levels and product quality issues to the General Manager and Associate General Manager to prevent shrink.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and reorganize BOH to maximize efficiency.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, process consolidations and transfers, and handle customer shipments per company standards.
• Assist with physical inventory, resolve discrepancies and cycle count adjustments, and process damages monthly.
• Process and track repairs and communicate progress for both COG and stock, with occasional customer-facing interactions.
• Support sales team tasks such as running sizes, assisting at the cash wrap, and advising on stock availability.
• Prepare corporate finance packs bi-monthly and monitor store supply levels, communicating ordering needs to management.
