Job summary

SMCP seeks a part-time Retail Operations Associate for Maje at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Richmond. You will support back-of-house operations, inventory, and merchandising to ensure an excellent customer experience on the sales floor.

Requirements: 1+ years in sales support, strong organization, attention to detail, and flexibility (evenings/weekends). Bilingual is a plus. You’ll handle POS, cycle counts, transfers, pricing updates, and keeps displays fresh and aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales support experience.
• Experience with POS systems and merchandising paperwork.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and processing of incoming merchandise.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers and markdowns.
• Process RTVs with accurate records.
• Assist with floor sets/moves and replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards and signage.
