Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a part-time Key Lead at CF Fairview Mall in North York, Canada. You will supervise store operations on the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; 1 year or more.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
