Job summary

The Brick in Vaughan is hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our store team. You will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and help customers find solutions with a friendly, customer-first approach.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; evenings and weekends shifts may be required. You will report to the Operations Manager and have opportunities for career growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
• Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
• Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis
• Other duties as assigned
