Job summary

The Brick Group is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team at a retail location in Abbotsford. You will report to the Operations Manager and bring a customer-focused attitude to daily interactions with shoppers.

You will respond to inquiries, follow up on needs, and help drive loyalty by delivering courteous support while handling order reports and other duties as assigned. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
