Job summary

The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities
