Job summary

The Brick is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Mississauga. You will join a dynamic team reporting to the Operations Manager and help put the customer first, solving problems and providing solutions at every step.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up with customers, supporting order reports daily, and promoting loyalty through excellent service. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
