Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Vaughan, Canada. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping solve problems and build lasting relationships while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, following up on needs, promoting loyalty, and daily order report reviews. This role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
